15ml. Super concentrated liquid gel food colouring used to colour fondant, butter icing, batter, royal icing, flower paste, etc.
The gels are Halaal and Kosher approved.
Mix into batters for rainbow cakes. Add small amounts at a time as these are concentrated colours.
A little goes a long way.
