
Butter Steak
This is great for a starter or a snack. Tender, juicy and lots of flaaaavour 🙂 Great served with fresh coney rolls.
Equipment
- Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 400 g Tenderized Steak
- 4 tbsp Butter
- Continental Chef Steak and Chops Spice to taste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Put the Worcestershire Sauce into a flat dish
- Add 2 tbsp of butter to a hot frying pan, let it melt
- Fry the steak, one piece at a time to your liking
- Remove from the pan and slice thinly
- Add 2 tbsp of butter to the frying pan, let it melt and stir it up to collect all the spices and juices that remain in the pan
- Put the sliced steak into the dish with the Worcester sauce
- Pour the butter out of the pan over the steak
- Serve hot with fresh buttered coney rolls
