Butter Steak

This is great for a starter or a snack. Tender, juicy and lots of flaaaavour 🙂 Great served with fresh coney rolls.

Equipment

  • Frying Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Tenderized Steak
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • Continental Chef Steak and Chops Spice to taste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Put the Worcestershire Sauce into a flat dish
  • Add 2 tbsp of butter to a hot frying pan, let it melt
  • Fry the steak, one piece at a time to your liking
  • Remove from the pan and slice thinly
  • Add 2 tbsp of butter to the frying pan, let it melt and stir it up to collect all the spices and juices that remain in the pan
  • Put the sliced steak into the dish with the Worcester sauce
  • Pour the butter out of the pan over the steak
  • Serve hot with fresh buttered coney rolls
