St Peter is a medium roast. Please not that decaffeinated coffees tend to appear darker in colour than their actual roast. This is due to the structural changes that occur within the bean during the decaf process.
Currently our Decaf beans are decaffeinated using the sugar cane process. This process is completely safe and does not require the use of any chemicals.

Heavenly Coffees is an artisan coffee roaster and we have been at it since 2012.
All coffees are guaranteed to be roasted within the last 30 days. (After 30 days, we remove the coffee out of normal stock).
Our coffees are roasted by a skilled roast master on a Genio 15kg coffee roaster. Roasting profiles are created and stored on a computerized management system that assists us in recreating the same roast time and again. Our roast masters not only have years of experience but are also internationally qualified in the art of roasting.
We offer a range of 14 coffees including single origins, blends and speciality coffees.
