Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings

Kitchen Shears or a Grunter Knife (I find the Grunter works easier)
Ingredients

Chicken Wings

tbsp
Cape Herb Sweet and Sticky Chicken Spice
NGOB Sticky Chicken Basting
Little olive oil for frying
Instructions
Cut the chicken wings into three separate pieces using the kitchen shears
Set the wing tip aside (these can be kept to use when making stock)
Place the drumette and wingettes in a bowl.
Season with
Cape Herb Sweet & Sticky Chicken Spice
and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken wings over medium heat until done.
Remove all of the oil from the pan.
Pour
Nou Gaan Ons Braai Sticky Chicken Basting
over the chicken wings.
Simmer over medium heat stirring constantly to coat the chicken wings and to make sure that the chicken basting does not burn.
Simmer until the sauce has almost crystallised.
Serve hot
