Orders

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price. We only reserve stock for your order once payment is received.

Orders placed and not paid within 3 days will be deleted from the system and the products placed back into stock.

Cancelling an Order

An order can be cancelled at any point unless the order has already been shipped.

Product Images

We update product images and descriptions regularly but occasionally, the product colour may differ from those shown on the images. The category most affected by this is the Kitchenware category.

Stock Availability

Stock of all products on offer is limited. Should an item no longer be available, we make all reasonable effort to discontinue the product as soon as it becomes out of stock.

International Orders

At this stage, we only ship to addresses in South Africa.
