Unreturnable Products

We supply certain products that you cannot return to us, they are:

– Perishable goods which includes ALL food products

We are unable to return or exchange food products. However, if the food products have arrived by you expired or damaged, we will replace or refund them when we are at fault.

Refunds of products and courier fees returned within 14 days after purchase

All products, excluding food products, may be returned for a refund within 14 days after purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, these non-food products must be returned within 14 days after purchase unused and unopened in their original undamaged packaging with all relevant inserts, accessories or parts.

Goods returned are subject to a 15% stock repackaging and handling fee levied against them. The refund will be for the value of the item returned less the 15% fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Any non-food product returned must be properly packaged before returning it to us. Please put the item inside another box so that the actual product box is not damaged by the courier. If the product returned has not been packaged properly and is damaged, then we will not be able to refund you. It is your responsibility to package the item properly.

CoolGoodies will only be liable for return courier fees if the incorrect product has been supplied to a customer.

Refunds are processed within 8-10 working days after the return has been logged and may take up to 3 working days to show in your bank account after being processed due to bank processing times.

Refunds on non-food products returned after 14 days after purchase

No products will be refunded after 14 days after purchase.

Incorrect Product Delivered

Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you: Please do not open the product or remove te product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels on the product or product box.

Notify us immediately and we will collect the product by you at no charge.

We will, at your choosing:
– Deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible
– Issue a refund
